Jane Nkadimang
A seasoned business leader with experience across finance, telecommunications, engineering, and mining, our founder brings strategic insight and hands-on leadership to every venture.
Background
Ms. Nkadimang began her career in corporate South Africa, building extensive experience in the human resources discipline within leading financial services institutions, including HSBC, Nedbank, and Santam.
She later transitioned into the telecommunications sector, where she co-founded and launched an MVNO, Bayede Mobile, in partnership with His Majesty King Goodwill Zwelithini. Her entrepreneurial journey continued with her appointment as Executive Director of an engineering company specialising in the maintenance of cellular communication towers.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has completed postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Governance and Business Project Management through Monash University and the University of Cape Town, respectively.
Business
Within the mining sector, Ms. Nkadimang is the majority shareholder and Executive Director of Ditiro Mining and Engineering, a mining services company with major clients such as Anglo American Kumba and Kolomela Mines. Through this business, she also holds mining permits and prospecting rights for iron ore, manganese, and copper.
Community
As a committed social entrepreneur, Ms. Nkadimang, through her non-profit organisation, initiated the Northern Cape Small-Scale Miners Programme. This initiative was established in partnership with the Northern Cape Premier’s Office, the Northern Cape Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, and the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, with the aim of empowering and formalising small-scale miners.
